First time post from Scottsdale, Az.,
Tidefans has been my outlet for keeping up the Bama Nation. I am impressed with the positive attitude of everyone that Bama will not only be back, but will win a NC within the next 5 years.
Went to grad school at Bama in '90 and '91. Best ever experience EVER! Recently went back for homecoming and came to the conclusion that if there is a better place to celebrate college football please let me know!!
Like everyone else, I freaked when Shula punted at Ole Miss. However, I have watched him get better as a sideline coach. I remember Mark Richt at Ga. making very elementary/fundamental mistakes from the sidelines his first two years.
Hang in there guys, we are laying a foundation. Glad we haven't had the "signature" win yet.(although the 4th down play against UT last year still lingers) I think it's coming Nov. 20 when we shock the world!
