I finally got direct tv to get it plugged into me correctly with 13:10 left in the 2nd
quarter...Got $10.00 off month for a year. Gonna call on Tuesdsay and find out who in
the hell is doing the connecting to TV's... Give me 1 year free or I go to the other
service.......

We had problems with Direct TV too. We ordered the game in HD and then got the non-HD game. I called them as soon as the game started and stayed on hold for almost half an hour before I got a live person. They did get the game turned on in HD then and credited the cost of the game back to my account.
Doesnt the sec have somewhere online where the game can be watched?

I agree, DIRECTV Customer Service isn't what it use to be. I had people over expecting to watch the game and found myself on the telephone for about 30 minutes. In fact, I asked to talk to the supervisor and the freaking supervisor hung up on me. Only after calling back and waiting another 30 minutes did I actually talk to someone with a little sense and eventually I was able to view the game. Of course, I was told no charge would be applied to my account but I'm waiting on the bill to arrive....Directvs CSR suck and dont have a clue. He and anyone else should get whatever they can.The same thing happened to us, how many millions couldnt watch the game? How many millions will be charged and just let them take it because they dont think they have rights? We went to someones house, they cooked out, invited a lot of people and all they get is a gray screen? And no answers when they call?I call bull honkey..
