Barron SEC Defensive Player of the Week

The Southeastern Conference named their Players of the Week for games played September 10. Alabama's Mark Barron, a senior from Mobile, was selected as the conference's Defensive Player of the Week for his performance against Penn State. Barron logged seven total tackles with an interception and fumble recovery in the Tide's 27-11 win at #23 Penn State.
