Boise State vs. Fresno Thread

Boise does the same thing that we had problems with the last few years. They get a comfortable lead and then they go to sleep on defense on the next series.

First down but a false start will negate that. 3rd and 6.

Fresno answers with a 69 yard td run. 24-10. Again, Boise's offense gives them a cushion and the D goes to sleep.

Fresno took a punch but hung in there and battled back. It will be interesting to see how they come out in the third.

Yep, this game gotten much better. At 24-3 we where thinking of making it a early night when the game seemed it was over, but now the 2nd half is worth staying up for, we will see how things end now. Plus it's always good when ya have a crowd that's into things. They do seem to be better than Aubarn fans, but that can be said by most schools.....hehehe

We pull for Boise St. but we also like close games at same time. Kinda weird how sometimes when I'm watching a game between two programs I like. When one of those teams come back, and shows good heart. I find myself sorta pulling for them even if we didn't start the game this way. Guess it's my pulling for underdogs in some games that makes this weird occurrence happen.

We thought that receiver got the yardage for the 1st down, and we're surprised Boise St. didn't challenge the spot.

Now this is reminiscent of the good ole WAC of the 90's. The last one with the ball is the last one to score (or close anyway) and if they don't total 100 pts it's a disappointing game. I don't know about BYU, but BSU isn't a BCS buster.
