The theory has entered mainstream U.S. discourse through Fox News host Tucker Carlson, whose discussion of it has sparked calls for advertiser boycotts of his primetime program.

“I know that the left and all the little gatekeepers on Twitter become literally hysterical if you use the term ‘replacement.’ If you suggest the Democratic Party is trying to replace the current electorate — the voters now casting ballots — with new people, more obedient voters from the Third World,” Carlson said on his show in April 2021.

Well, ya have to admit: the new electorate is certainly more tolerable than the old one.

NEW YORK CITY - Police in Georgia have arrested 26-year-old Venezuelan migrant Jose Antonio Ibarra, who was previously arrested in NYC, in connection with the murder of Augusta University student Laken Riley, 22, according to Fox News.

Riley was a Dean’s List student who went out for a run on Thursday and never came back. Her death is renewing calls to fix the crisis at the border.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to Fox News the NYPD arrested Ibarra back in September and charged him with acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and a motor vehicle license violation.

One year earlier, Ibarra, a Venezuelan national, had illegally entered the U.S. near El Paso.
Shouldn't he have been deported when first arrested?

A federal judge in Austin, Texas, ordered the state government Thursday to suspend enforcement of a controversial law that would allow state law enforcement agents to arrest and detain people they suspect of entering the country illegally.

“If allowed to procced, SB 4 could open the door to each state passing its own version of immigration laws,” Judge David Alan Ezra wrote, granting a preliminary injunction against the law.

Strangest thing is that "liberals" tried to change the law to implement a good bit of what republicans claim to want and MAGAs blocked it after pining for it and then turned around and claimed to want it again even while refusing to pass anything through Congress.

If MAGAs or even conservatives were serious about it they would get it done.

They aren't serious about it.

They don't care this young woman died - she's just a tool for them to use now that she's dead.

Trump is damn near incoherent and he’s setting policy for them.
He's coherent in what's good for Trump. His command to get everything they demanded or "SHUT IT DOWN" torpedoed the bill and, he thinks, preserves the border as an issue for him. I'm not too sure about that. I think even the voting public is catching on that it's the Republicans who are blocking progress. I notice enough senators ignored him to get another CR through, instead of shutting the government down. They have enough sense to realize that the Republicans haven't come out very well in the past by shutting down the government, so self-preservation took over...

Putting this problem at the feet of one side or the other is how the game is played.

But here's the problem right now for the POTUS.

Many in the country are not happy.......

Immigration surges to top concern for Americans, new poll finds

Americans say immigration most important national issue for first time since 2019 in Gallup poll

If I'm Captain of the Ship (POTUS), I'm not waiting around for Congress....I'm going to do something on my own. From what I understand he does have options......

The Biden administration is considering taking executive action to deter illegal migration across the southern border, according to two U.S. officials.
The election is still a ways away and I think he has time to improve his approval ratings, but the clock is ticking so we'll see........

You're a bit more optimistic about the fairness and openness of the voters than me.
