Making a bad team look great. A’s had lost 11 straight and not scored more than 3 runs during those 11 games. Tonight they light it up. Our bullpen continues to implode.

A’s have given up 388 runs before tonight (7 per game) and only scored 189 (3 per game).
It shouldn’t be hard to score against these guys unless you are the Braves and just swing for the fences.

i think they thought this would be an easy reintroduction for Soroka. Not so fast my friends. Glad he’s back and hope he progresses back to prior form. Tonight is one of those nights and reminds us that even the MLB teams that are almost historically terrible still have professional hitters and pitchers on them.
also, probably time to end the Leutge experiment. Give him a watch and send him packing.

This isn’t on Soroka, he pitched good but had 1 rough inning, really just a rough 4 batter stretch. I’m glad he’s back because the rotation need the help.
Tonight’s failure is on the offense. You’re playing a team that gives up a lot of runs and you can’t score. I want the April version of this team back. Yes, they hit HRs but, were also playing small ball and getting on base. This month the small ball has mostly dried up.

This is embarrassing and pathetic. Are we really going to lose a series to the worst team in the league?
We struggle with the the AL West and the Blue Jays. It never fails. How in the hell have we only scored 3 runs vs the A’s in two games is more amazing than anything else in mlb baseball this year.
Offense again lets the team down. The A’s do not have a good pitching staff but the Braves are making them all look like Cy Young contenders. The rest of the MLB is laughing at the Braves, what a joke of a series.
When I said this As team was one of worst ever… just confirmed, at this pace they would be bybfar worst record since 1901 and 4th worst ever. They are only winning 1 out of 5 games. And they have beaten Braves 2x so far. They are 5.5 games back of the NEXT WORST team (KC).
