Well it’s obvious he has a high football IQ and he’s saying everything right.

It says a lot for him to take accountability for week 1 too.

He seems like he would be a good leader on the field if he can hold himself and everyone else accountable.

They’ve got to keep each other in check mid game.

But this is encouraging because it’s sounds like they know they can’t play like week 1 anymore.

Good ole country boy that picked his nose and looked at it in the middle of an interview.

He didn’t deflect, no excuses, took ownership of week 1. outside of a few plays, he played fairly well in week 1. The jogging across the field play really looked bad, and people that don’t fully understand football schemes and packages piled on with videos that showed him out of position or doing the wrong thing when he was actually doing his job. Hats off to the kid, I can see him making an NFL roster in a couple of years. If not, he has coaching in the pipeline. He and LAWSON are the field leaders on defense. Good to see him bounce back!
