Can we poach players from the programs changing coaches

The Alabama football team had a staff named Courtney Morgan. He's very, very good at this. He along with the other staff members does things "legal way" and believe me when I said this. They've already been in contact with some of the players from other schools.
Morgan is the most important staff member other than DeBoer.

the best portal get from the barn. he was at LSU prior. a Houston kid.
Yup..With his size & speed he reminds me of Derrick Thomas..

Especially when he went into full blown beast mode against us, I hate too say this it was fun watching him, even though it was us he was dominating against eating our lunch..

I can appreciate his talent he's that good..

Cam Coleman, He was set to go into transfer portal but he secured a bag so I don't think he's going anywhere, but anything can happen.

We need a different thread, but I would think If we're doing a portal addition and there will be some, I think we are in better position than we were last year. We had a few miss such as KC that went to Texas A&M, but we did good with Horton. So I think we will be looking for elite players at OL, RB, DL.

Solid pieces: QBs, WR, TE, LB and Kicker.

Doesn't Cam Coleman have a tie to Red Morgan? Maybe we see Coleman transfer from Auburn?

Are there any OL from any of these schools that's looking around? Any dominant DL?

I would put an all out campaign for Cam Coleman. That guy could be a real difference maker for us next year. I noticed that Keenan briefly consoled him after the fumble and few guys went up to him after the game. Kill him with kindness.
He's one of those guys who would feast in CKD's system because we are transitioning to bigger/taller receivers than we had under CNS. BTW, I saw Ty console him and whisper something in his ear after the game too. He'd be expensive but he'd be worth it.

But I'd also argue that getting Offensive Linemen should be a top priority because, until we have better protection, it won't matter who's running passing routes.
Yup & I would love too steal Xavier Atkins from The Barn, he was the best player in The Iron Bowl, he's a true head hunting slobber knocker type LB'er & the best I've seen in a few years in all honesty..
If he's willing to walk, I'm sure we'd give him a lift to T-town. It's ironic, however, that last year we felt like defense would be a liability but now I feel very good about it. Having said that, I don't know who is leaving to graduation or the draft and who we have committed on the defensive side.

But, as I said above, IMO, the biggest holes to plug are on offense.

I think some defensive linemen and most of the linebackers.

Keenan, Overton, maybe Smith, Lawson, Jefferson, Hill-Green from the from the front 7.

yep DT types and ILBs need to be high on the list. We do have a few DTs who got game reps this year, so it's not a bare cupboard, but we don't have any ILBs coming back with any experience unless one of our top three can somehow create more eligibility.
