Charter Digital Cable / Gameplan?

I have Charter with the digital cable box. Last year I was able to purchase ESPN Gameplan. I called Charter Monday to order; however, the phone rep. said they were currently negotiating with ESPN. Have any of you had this trouble?

Also, the rep. suggested I purchased the game pay per view; however, again she said she could not see any pay per view games in her computer system.

I ordered the game separately today, on Charter, and they got it ordered fine for me. I don't plan on getting GamePlan this year.

yes , I talked with a rep last night. I was ordering the digital sports tier and somehow she thought that I meant I wanted Gameplan. And she told me the same thing. I quickly told her that she misunderstood me and she then took care of my business. Now about your business.....yes you are right. She told me that it would be a couple of weeks prob. b4 they can offer GP. I ordered the game sep. for 29 bucks. I would have loved to go to the game but unfortunately I'm on call at work.Not that anything is going to happen on this holiday weekend, but shure enough, if I went it would

I called again last night and did not have luck. They don't even offer the game sep. up here. This sucks.
