Georgia Bulldogs (Under Coach Mark Richt) SEC Road Record is 22-3

Apparently -- Georgia has been an EXCELLENT road team under Coach Mark Richt,

Any Thoughts...??

That is one of the reasons I am expecting UGA to win Sat.
That run has got to end somewhere. That's why I am expecting us to win.

I bet CNS has mentioned the record to the team several times this week. Along with we must protect our home turf.

Why no us?

that is slightly misleading though since they dont count the yearly butt kicking doled out by the gators as a road game

by using even more recent past, richt has lost his last five sec east games.

all of this talk about the past is completely irrelevant. this year's bama team will play this year's ga team

No matter what his road record might be, playing in Alabama is a negative for the Dawgs, not a positive. Don't let the media's jedi mind tricks make you think otherwise.

He may be a good caoch, and he may win on Saturday, but it will not be because the game was in T-town...

i wonder what richt's records were vs vandy and vs kentucky before those games last year?

that seemed to really effect the outcome of those two contests

Nick Saban has never lost a game in Bryant-Denny Stadium...no matter who he was coaching.

I also believe he has never lost to Mark Richt at home.

So there.

Impressive, but as has been pointed out the UF game doesn't count.

Statistics are fun to play around with, but they don't mean anything as far as the future goes. They usually just demonstrate something obvious (like turnovers deciding games or that X team stinks). The stat we're talking about shows that Richt is a good coach and does well on the road. It doesn't make him more likely to win Saturday because of his past. They won't spot UGA a touchdown.
