That is what should have happened and would have happened if not for the TD taken off the board by the officials at 14-0.

True. I think we had 2 TD's taken off due to "penalties" and then I wish Arnold's interception would have counted just so the score looked better. I never saw him go out of bounds?

UGA is playing far less erratically than Bama, but I don't think UGA has the explosiveness Bama has.

Plus Smart's defenses struggle against mobile QBs that can still throw well - just as they did while he was at Bama.

We'll see, I think Bama has a puncher's chance, which is all they need.

And up the middle behind LB’s where we do have TE’s who could make them pay in that area.

It has been the roller coaster season we figured after the froghorn loss. We survived the voodoo in barneyland and that does not bode well for the rest of college football. We are underdogs going into the SECCG and we have a pretty good team. Not sure anyone can beat us the rest of the season.

what is NCAA record for TD taken away for penalties. Maybe after this season they will create a category for stats

I would be shocked if Georgia wasn't picked to win by most prognosticators. I think being the underdog in this game doesn't hurt our chances though, might even help to some small degree. What I am shocked about is the odds makers pick on the Oregon vs Washington game. That one is a head scratcher to me! ;)

I would definitely think that UGA is favored to win three more games and add another SEC and national title to their list. The Kirbster has built a very good program over in Athens. However, unlike all of the speculation about who should be in the playoffs, they will have to win it on the field. Personally, I hope we steal their thunder and win the SEC on Saturday. Roll Tide!

If I was a gambling man, I'd say Bama has about a 35% chance at a narrow (one-score) win. Georgia has about a 35% chance at a narrow win. Bama has a 5-10% chance of a decisive (two digit) win, UGA has a 20-25% chance of a decisive win.
And the Bama percentages are mostly because of Coach Saban.

All talking heads across the board, David Pollack included, say Bama has virtually no chance.........none whatsoever...........I like Bama's chances, and I am sure the players have been told that no one is giving them any hope of winning. I look for a fired up Bama team this Saturday
