Maybe, depending on who else in front of you loses. Not likely that you would move up much just because you beat an unranked opponent.

Player, I hope he wins it. (Quinn) I just don't care for nd and I hate the way the media treats them. This goes back a long time built up over the seasons. They have a good coach and a nice team, but didn't treat their last coach very well. He also started his 1st season well. If we had beaten Pitt and Michigan (Runing back played 1 series for Michigan) no one would see us #10. My $00.02

Bama opened poorly against two bottom feeders. The argument is moot. Movement above doesn't matter when you are at the bottom.
