That isn't the case, at all. It wasn't Coach Moore that had the issue with Daniel Moore...it was Finus Gaston.

The players and the moments touched me. DM's capturing them and providing them for me at a given price did not touch me. In saying that, I do have several hanging in the BAMA room, but even more great memories linger in my head. That's just 1 fans thoughts.

We haven't had very many Daniel Moore moments (I can't think of a single one) the last few years anyway. Prothro's catch against USM might have been one if the game had been more meaningful. Now if Tyrone makes an equally spectacular play to beat UF, UT, LSU or Auburn, I'd put my money down on a DM print!

Snicker. Yeah, Moore touched Bama fans, alright. he touched us for several million dollars. And, after becoming a millionare on Bama players and Bama fans, he touched the University by refusing to pay for marketing rights.

I don't believe anybody answered your original question.

Therefore without picking sides here is the story in a nutshell.

The University and Daniel Moore had an agreement/arrangement that began sometime in the late 70's and supposedly expired in 2000. At that time, depending upon who you believe the University or Daniel Moore contacted the other party to work out a new arrangement/agreement. According to the University an agreement couldn't be reached and they sued Daniel Moore for certain monies they deemed he owed them. As you can imagine, Daniel Moore disagrees with their assessment and has counter sued.

Now, according to Daniel he will still Paint memorable moments of Tide Football however, until a larger agreement can be reached it will be worked out on a painting by painting basis. Therefore, Look for THE CATCH sometime near Chritsmas.
