Dehydrating Recipes and Tips?

Any help my parents bought a dehydrater this past weekend and I was wondering if anyone had any good recipes or tips!! They would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have a freind who has one and he makes a lot of jerky and dried fruit. I found this site that has some good looking ideas. I especially like the looks of the fruit leather.
