From what I understand after listening to some Saints discussion on the Mobile Sports radio station, he was held out of practice last week due to swelling in his repaired knee. It was just precautionary, as it was better a couple of days later, but I don't think they wanted to risk putting him in.

Roman was held out of practice. He was allowed to play for one day that i know of. I believe last wed. or thurs. Anyways I am planning on going to Jackson to watch next Sunday so I will try to get a hold of ol' 41 and get an update. And pics!

Roman is being held out for precautionary reasons. He will be prime and ready come the start of the season. He is an essential part of the secondary for this team.
