Re: Channel for this weekend?

I hope it'll be on 29, but the McNeese game might push it. Unless it's on 10.

Of course, if you're not in the Lake Charles area... :)

Re: Channel for this weekend?

Jon, noticed your location is listed as "the eastern shore." That's what the area just east of Mobile (across the bay) is called. If that's where you are, it's channel 44 here.
used to be in Daphne when I signed up here, now back in the Atlanta 'Burbs. One of these days I'll change it

J

changed it, thanks for the reminder

I work for Dish Network and the game is coming on FOX, not FOX sports...FOX. It is channel 54 in north Alabama, I dunno what it is in GA where you are, but whatever channel is your regular FOX channel that is where the game should be. I know it comes on at 11:20 on channel 54 for me, and that is my regular FOX ch., FOX sports is 420.

Re: Channel for this weekend?

I've been told that last weeks game will be our only PPV game all year. That doesn't seem right, but with this game being on SEC Network, who knows. Sounds more and more plausible.

I read a article about the new sec network contract and it does say that every sec team will only have 1 ppv a year until the contract runs out and it is a very large contract. I don't have a link kinda hard to do on a blackberry!

Don't know 'bout you folks down South; but out West here, the Dish network ESPN Game-Plan channel is around 460; last week's FIU game was on that channel and I think North Texas will be on or near that same channel this week........

The only problem with the game-plan channels is that none of them are in HD and once you get use to watching the Tide on HD; nothing else will compare to that!

However, getting to see the game vs not having HD for the game is not an option 'cause I would watch it if it was in black and white! lol
