Well, I'm rooting for Bama, lsu, ark, and, florida to win, with Bama, lsu, vandy, and ut beating the spread.

My head says that the Bama line will be just about right, and maybe Bama beats it. (I'm thinking this week is the week the offense hits on all cylinders, but then again I said that last week) I'm also thinking lsu covers, vandy covers (this should be a nail-biter unless ark jumps out early to a 2 td lead or more and vandy can't catch up - if it's starts out close, it stays close to the end), and I also think tutorsee covers (this game will either be a nail-biter or a ut blowout... I'm hoping for a close fla win).

Hmm...if I was a betting man I'd go with the teams from Louisiana and Tennessee with those point spreads.

Alabama
Alabama 24 (8 field goals)
ULM 21 (3 TDs)

Tiffin will hit a 40 yard field goal in quadruple overtime after both teams fail on their previous 3 field goal attempts. Darby will amass an astounding 45 yards rushing. We will of course be screwed out of 2 TDs after the plays were reviewed and the receiver was found to be out of bounds or did not have possession while running out the back of the endzone.

Then we will hit the message boards and say that we are just holding back our offense so we won't give too much away for the big games ahead. If that isnt enough, we will continue on the message boards by comparing the game to that of a similar low-scoring game in the 79 or 92 seasons. Yeah, I'm being cynical.

DOn't sell yourself short. That sounds like a fair and balanced prediction for the upcoming game this Saturday.:)

As we have seen over the past two weeks, with turnovers on the field and in the booth, anything could happen. Thats why they play 'em every week and thats why we watch them on TV or listen to them on the radio. The past two weeks I saw an Alabama team that could have crushed both of their opponents. Did that happen... uhhh no, but we have the capability to do so if we can get that horse moving in the right direction. Give them a chance to figure out who they are and whats going to work for them. They have it in front of them and they will find it.

We have 7 "automatic" wins - so we go bowling - but you are right to think that we ar in deep doo if we can't win this game easily...
No such thing as an 'automatic win' the way we're playing so far. The first two 'automatic wins' almost weren't.

I think we're *this* close to blowing things wide open, but the concerns we discussed all off-season are rearing their heads now...
