From what I saw of Vinnie Sunseri I believe he is going to be a better college player than Brent Calloway. No, this is not because Mr. Calloway turned to the dark side, but Vinnie is a real ball hawk and just has that intangible quality that makes great LBs. What he lacks in height, he will certainly make up for it in want to's

After I saw the article about Vinnie playing two games on a broken leg I knew he was awesome. The article also said his mom thought it was just a bruise and to stop being such a baby. Reminds me of a certain Bama coach in his playing days. Also this guy one player of the year in two different states he is a player.

There have been a few updates to the Cyrus Kouandjio situation since this article was posted. CK is going to take his official visit to Iowa this weekend after he takes his SAT test. Also of note CK says USC has been eliminated from consideration. The Cyrus Kouandjio Updates thread has been undated.

Jadeveon Clowney top uncommitted prospect in ESPNU 150 - ESPN
Here's a look at the uncommitted players in the final ESPNU 150 and where their recruitment currently stands.

Jadeveon Clowney (Rock Hill, S.C./South Pointe)
ESPNU 150 rank: 1
This is going to be one of the most interesting recruiting battles in recent memory. Clowney has taken only two official visits: South Carolina in November and Alabama this past weekend. Those close to Clowney say he's torn between the two. He's scheduled to visit FSU this weekend and Clemson on Jan. 28. There has been talk inside the Clowney camp that he could push back the decision until his birthday, which is Valentine's Day. If that happens, he could make another visit after national signing day, perhaps to LSU. Right now everyone is trying to catch the Gamecocks and Tide.

Cyrus Kouandjio (Hyattsville, Md./DeMatha)
ESPNU 150 rank: 3
The nation's top offensive tackle prospect has already visited both Alabama and New Mexico, but has not taken any visits this month. This week, Kouandjio will likely take the SAT and then could take a visit Jan. 28, with Auburn, USC, Iowa and others all fighting for the chance to host him before he makes a decision. It appears that the Crimson Tide are in great position to land this five-star prospect on national signing day, Feb. 2

I think JC visiting other schools will help Bama in the long run and hurt USCe b/c if you compare USCe to Bama, facility-wise, Bama wins. Then you get JC to see other great facilities out there like FSU and LSU and he might realize going to USCe will put him at a disadvantage with the overall picture. USCe isn't terrible but compared to other top SEC and NCAAF organizations, it doesn't
