Danggggg I hate too hear that, I always liked & respected him as a HC, I always thought he was one of the good guys in college football & a pretty dadgum good HC..

He was a really good HC & always had well coached teams..Until he played us or he always got burned on a freak plays against The Barn it seemed like..
I have a family member who knew him and his family in Athens -- they really liked him. He is one of the good guys, no matter where he coaches.

One of my best friends was just diagnosed with Parkinson's...he is 80. There has been a lot of advances in treatment...he is taking 2 drugs that basically do away with his tremors. How long that lasts, who knows?

If I make it that far I'll probably have it as well...my Dad died @ 77 and had Parkinson's...along with Alzheimers and Lewy Body. I have good news on that front...MRI of my brain showed no brain disease other than normal aging. Now, on what do I blame my forgetfulness?

Sad to hear this for him. I have always liked Mark Richt.

One of my co-workers from a few years ago was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's 3 years ago. She was 55 at the time. She already worked out and ate healthy, but since the diagnosis, she has become more fit and healthy. I am not sure if she is on any medication yet, but she seems to be doing a lot of research about diet, exercise, nutrition, new advances with research, treatment, etc.
