I like Glen Davis, wish he was here at Bama, but I can't think of any game where he ever dominated against us. It seems like any kind of height gives him fits, i.e. Davidson and Davis in the past. JD and CD were never real big either and still aren't and they were able to contain him.

Alabama can always play vs. LSU and could win the west if LSU were the only team we had to play, but they're not. If we take care of the teams in the east we could run away with the west (assuming we don't choke vs. Arkansas and the two Mississippi schools)

No, he is not overrated...at all. He may seem like it because he he doesnt have flashy dunks but he is kind of like a Jay Barker. Not flahy but is a great leader and is clutch and just gets the job done. Also, has great stats, unlike Barker.

LSU hasn't dominated us, but they've won the inside battle in each of the last 4 games, although it was pretty close last year.

All those numbers are combined between Davis and someone else...domination would be him alone scoring 20+ points. The way everyone talks about him you'd think he put up 20 and 15 every night...not the case...and like i said i wish he was at alabama, but he is certainly not the gem that everyone makes him out to be

I don't think one person's points is the only factor. He didn't put up huge numbers, but I feel that Florida's David Lee dominated Chuck Davis because he single-handedly held Chuck well under his scoring/rebounding averages each time we met. Likewise, if we have to double or triple team a player just to hold him to his average, one could argue that he dominated us.
