Sadly this combination means that when he wins it there will be a lot of whining and complaining. I don't want that to happen. I want it to be a celebration of DH.

Nature of the world we live in today. But if he wins, we will celebrate here at Tidefans, and that's all that matters to me.

Those of us in the OFC remember when everybody loved our coach and our program. We also remember endless fields being stormed when theretofore inferior programs scored a win.

As Lucius Accius wrote, "Let them hate, so long as they fear."

In a zero-sum game, being liked isn't necessarily a good thing.

Bovada has Henry at -1200 as well. Ingram was -350 in 2009, and they haven't missed a winner since.

You have to risk $1,200 to win $100. With Ingram , you had to risk $350 to win $100.

If someone is, say +400, you only have to risk $25 to win $100.

My dad had a pair of those during the depression.

I'm pretty certain your Dad or a combination of people wore them down to that condition. LF quite likely paid handsomely for those to be "de-conditioned".
