Help with Scalpers

My 8 year old son and I are coming to the game this Saturday. It's just our 2nd time, but 1st time without veteran game goer's (that last time supplied the trans and tickets). We're planning on just trying to find tickets there for sale outside stadium. Don't know what to expect or watch out for or what I should pay for tickets. Coming from Huntsville so hope we don't have a problem getting tickets. Have learned so much from this forum as to what else to do and going to Archibalds :wink: and all. Just looking for some more help with this topic. Thanks for any info and ROLL TIDE!!!

Conterfeits

Please becareful buying tickets from scalpers outside the stadium. There has been a lot of conterfeit tickets sold this year.

I'm doing the same along with some work buddies of mine. Shouldn't have any trouble getting tickets outside BDS. Being HC and against Utah State, tickets should be plentyful at face value or a little over. I haven't been to game in two years because my daughter was born last football season. I'm really looking forward to it. Just make sure they are legitimate tickets. Look at them very closely before buying... RTR!!!

Ive came down from Tennessee and bought tickets for the Florida and Tennessee games and will also for the LSU game. No problems yet.

Try and avoid the scalpers their trying to MAKE money

I always look for people who look like they are actually going to the game and have some exta tickets. They usually will dump them for cheaper and a lot of the times you wind up sitting in a decent tide pride section. I usually wait 30 minutes till kickoff and go to the west side of the stadium (thats the side that has all of the apartments on it). You usually see quite a few tickets people are trying to dump before they go into the game. The scalpers dont really frequent this area. $30 to face should be all you spend on each ticket.
