Horseradish Sauce for Beef

Goes great with Roast Beef, Prime Rib, any type of beef

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup white horseradish
6 tbs FRESH chopped chives
4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp white pepper
2 tbs white wine vinegar

Combine, whisk till smooth, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours so flavors can blend.

Easy and delicious!
 
Thanks for posting on here and keeping the board going. One of these days when I'm not driving all over the southeast for the holidays I'm going to do a standing rib roast on the kamado joe.

I need to get back on here. Haven't really cooked anything exciting to post about lately. I have a braised lamb shank recipe I've been meaning to post.
