After Keon Sabb's injury ended his 2024 season, Alabama football needed a youngster to step up. Bray Hubbard, then a sophomore for the Crimson Tide, got the nod to jump in at safety, and performed well down the stretch. Now back as a junior, Hubbard is expected to take even more of a role in the UA secondary this season, with Malachi Moore off to the NFL. Hubbard told reporters on Friday in Tuscaloosa that he wanted to be more active in the locker room, with a year of experience under his belt.
