(I hope its cool to post this here but...) I was just wanting some opinions on a song to use for a highlight video of this year. I can't really come up with anything that is that great. Any and all suggestions are welcome. I know it seems early to ask a question like this, but it takes some time to put together one of these videos. Thanks.

Depending on how the rest of the season goes i think the new Matchbox Twenty song How Far We've Come would be appropriate.

I'll have to put some thought into this but I would think something with intensity would be great, kinda in your face type song. JMO.

Stronger by Kanye West.
I say this because look at what Nick Saban has done to our program ALREADY.
Edit the swearing though....

This is something that really sets off a highlight video for me...

You pick your song or whatever, but when the BIG plays are playing in the video you cut to the commentary for that game, preferably radio broadcasts. To me that is awesome and really gives it a nostalgic feel.

IMO, pop songs are corny at best. You need a song like the Last of the Mahican song (featured in this video http://youtube.com/watch?v=GX_5tzwVz3I), or a song like in this video (http://youtube.com/watch?v=uGHi9D8_wgs - imagine that video with the commentary... "Teague runs him down, TEAGUES GOT THE BALL") that would make your video appealing to both the eyes and ears to basically everyone, while a pop song limits the enjoyment to some who may be finding themselves muting the audio.

Instrumentals are far more gripping in any highlight video than any popular song you'd hear on the radio.
