Not everyone had an immune response to this vaccine (only about half did), but 6/8 who did we cancer free after three years. Early research, for sure, but that is encouraging. Pancreatic survival rates are abysmal.

had an uncle that died from pancreatic cancer. We all cried the day he was diagnosed because we knew. This was 14 years ago. Diagnosed in February 2011 and was gone by April 2011.
