Is Coach Saban REALLY getting coaches fired?

NO but Coach Saban is Out working them, Out recruiting, and Out coaching them. Some AD's and Presidents are pulling the trigger to quick while others like Notre Dame are slow to react. For awhile some coaches have come to expect the recruits to come to them. That isn't the case anymore. Coach Saban will pull in a top 5 Recruiting class this year. The things that get coaches fired:
Duck Hunting during the season - Auburn
Lack of Recruiting Skills - Tennessee
Lack of Knowledge building a Staff - Miss St.
Unable to motivate their team - Notre Dame (but Fat Charlie stays)
All Talk and no results - Clemson
Coach Saban did embarrass most of the SEC coaches with his work ethic and that was a contributor in over reaction by some institutes such as Auburn.
