Didn't say they were, but posting an article that says this is the way they plan on doing things and then arguing that they'll do it that way is kind of dumb.
im not sure if you are being pedantic or if you are in training to be 92.1tide

i read between the lines and see a convenient way for cities to dump their vagrants on the nearest next city thereby unleashing unknown criminals on a new town. can you see why i might think that is slightly unethical now?

I wasn't aware we were involved in a read between the lines contest.

I read between the lines and see that they are going to bus them out to concentration camps and gas them. What a horrible story this is! How could you post it!?!?

I would actually post a real response but your vast overreaction to my statement pretty much calls it.

lol now that is a post i can work with.

way back in the day i believed everything i read. then i began to figure out that most things you read arent true. now i have come to realize that almost every story tells you just enough so that they can deny lying to people, but they dont give you the whole story. thus we need to read between the lines on every story. especially when it involves someone "helping" others out of pure kindness.
i am currently in a worldview where i take that as obvious, i apologize for not making my point more clear with my first post.

considering the vast majority of homeless have serious mental issues, why dont we just bring back the old days and institutionalize them?
While that would be nice in many instances, let us not forget that they are human beings and American citizens (most of them) and they do have rights. We all have Kennedy to thank for the deinstitutionalization of this country, thereby exploding the population of homeless in this country. And, of course, once that cow was out of the barn, there's no going back.

This would push Staci over the edge. She says she is too busy now, just think if she had to treat more people.
Actually, it would make my job far less complicated and less frustrating. Most of the patients I see for the court and in the hospital are locked in a revolving door of being released from the state hospital, immediately going off their meds, relapsing in terms of their mental illness (and often substances as well), getting violent or otherwise too disturbed to be maintained safely at home (or in the local shelters or group homes), and having to be committed YET AGAIN so they can go back to the state hospital and start the whole evolution all over again.

It would be nice for everyone involved to not have to go through all that.

critter christmas episode? lol best episode ever

are you thinking about the drum circle one where cartman spoofs the core and tries to arrest all the hippies?
no it was more of a Night of the Living Dead (I think the epsiode is actually called Night of the Living Homeless). It involved Cartman jumping the Homeless on a skateboard. and homeless wondering around chanting chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaange.
