Peanut Butter Pie and Peanut Brittle
I'm still trying to perfect these little southern delicacies. Practiced and practiced, burned up the motor in an electric press, you name it. This time I'm rolling the little suckers in pencil shape and flattening with a fork. They may not be perty, but they will be good. Any suggestions otherwise are most welcomed and appreciated.
