I doubt anyone expected JM to regress as dramatically as he did against tennessee.this didn't age well, at all.

Yup..Like I said this deal looks awful for Panini, I dunno if Jalen is hurt or if Jalen is more worried about, making NIL deals instead of actually preparing for football games..this didn't age well, at all.
He has the worst TD-INT ratio in SEC play of all SEC QB's. Yea he's fine. Nothing to see here.Yeah, he's been awful...

I mean, did you watch the USCe game?I doubt anyone expected JM to regress as dramatically as he did against tennessee.
I don't think he regressed. The same issues have always been there (except for a quarter and a half against UGA), but the until we got into meaningful/capable competition we could get away with it. I've said multiple times that throws that are off schedule/late or slightly off target and are ugly completions or PBUs against teams like WKU and Vandy, will turn into INTs against better SEC DBs.I doubt anyone expected JM to regress as dramatically as he did against tennessee.
Me too, TideMan09.I would love to see what Ty Simpson can do in this offense if giving the chance..
My dad taught me if you keep water and oil in a car it'll run without issue.I doubt anyone expected JM to regress as dramatically as he did against tennessee.
Wait...water too?My dad taught me if you keep water and oil in a car it'll run without issue.
Jalen got an oil and water fill up before Georgia and because of the way they played off the short routes he had wide-open receivers and he was playing toss and catch.
But since that first quarter, he's been leaking oil and water and the engine was struggling against Vandy and USCe. It blew up against UTk.
We need a new engine.
I agree 100% Gilbert, the one thing we've always had at Bama, we're missing this year is a running game our opponents respect..I don't think he regressed. I mean, maybe not fully expected, but I'm certainly not surprisedI doubt anyone expected JM to regress as dramatically as he did against tennessee.
they respect the running game more than our short passing game. The real reason they can do what they do is that JM can't consistently execute a hot read to make them back out of blitzes so there's not a lot our staff can do from a playcall standpoint to minimize the downsides.I agree 100% Gilbert, the one thing we've always had at Bama, we're missing this year is a running game our opponents respect..
When a team simply clogs the LOS, pinning their ears back focusing on bum rushing Jalen, cause they have noooooo respect or fear of our running game..
I'm not sure what can be done to salvage the rest of the year, if our running remains nonexistent, it's going too be longgggg rest of the year..
I can't argue otherwise, but, we have noooooo running game & that allows the defense to pin their ears back focusing on Jalen, when you make Jalen nonexistent, our entire offense is nonexistent..they respect the running game more than our short passing game.
