I've heard the same. In fact, "Stud" has already posted defensively. To summarize, the post said, approximately, in Dyesque fashion "They ain't got nothing on us."

Rumor has it that Mr. Swain scored a 5 on his first try at the ACT. The next go round he had a DRAMATIC improvement, which can happen if someone else takes the test for you. Gallion supposedly has a tape of an interview with the person alleging to have taken the test for Swain.

But, of course, the fat one, nor anyone else at ut, had anything to do with it-at least according to studly. Interestingly, he didn't bother to deny it happened, just that ut wouldn't have a problem because they had nothing to do with the arrangements. That would mean they will throw Swain under the bus (losing his eligibility) to protect themselves. Wonder how much they will have to pay him to keep quiet, or will they threaten him instead, since that seems to be another favorite ploy.

I have read on another board that Gallion has some sort of affidavit or sworn statement proof from the person who took the test for Swain. Supposedly that has already been turned over to the NCAA. Obviously until it comes out in the news I won't know if that is true or not. But as usual something is smelling fishy in Knoxville.

Exactly. When I was a banker, I had these idiots coming in just about every Monday and Tuesday saying that someone had "broke into" their checking account over the weekend and were making unauthorized charges. Well, part of the process towards getting that money back is to have them sign and "affadavit". Of course, most of the time we'd find out that they got drunk, started looking at porn on the interenet, gave their debit card number for "access only", and the rest was history. Oh, but they signed a sworn affadavit!! Yeah, right....

In other words, a signed affadavit is worth about as much as the paper it's written on, and sadly, only worth as much as the honesty of the person signing it.

This is second hand info, but I believe it.

Copies of the last test, and copies of an affidavit from the stand-in who was paid to take that test, are in the offices of the President, AD, and UT counsel. And of course, the NCAA.

Wait, copies of the previous test also. It's said he made a 16 on his test, which was entirely too high.

Also included is the name of the person who paid the money.

Well if this happened and he was allowed to play or enter school on sholley then there is no way they skate on this one. Is there? Its illegal benefits paid by a school rep so they should get hammered and the booster dissasociated for life. Will it happen is the real question if this is proved? Does the nc2a have enough guts to say ok they ve run ramshod long enough?
