Guaranteed contracts are going to have to become common practice in the NFL if they are interested in continuing to get and keep the best football players. Players today are more concerned about their long term health, not as interested in playing 10+ years in the league and make enough money within their first 5 years to retire and start something else in life. Not the best player turnover ratio for long term business.

I did not set any architectural records but I did used to have a subscription to Architectural Record so there is that. And I am the designking so I have that too.
