Wow! I've been wondering for years what happened with Joe. He and I ran together back when I was there playing ball. He's really slimmed down from his playing days (which is good). Wonder how I could run him down.

He goes to Church at Crosspoint in Gadsden.
They have a "Recovery" program on Friday nights........I'm sure he is there every week.

I never will forget the way he was a head taller than all the other linemen in the huddle. He was freakishly huge. I hated to hear about the way his life fell apart. I pray that he will stay strong, because God can use him.

Joe has the biggest hands I've ever seen in my life.
He's a super nice guy, he's on the RIGHT track now.

I've emailed the guy who posted the video on YouTube. I'll see what happens.

He's small now in comparison to what he looked like when he was at UA. When he and I would walk into a restaurant, people would stop and stare in utter amazement. I mean, people have seen guys 6'7" before. But not like Joe was. EVERY part of him was huge. Well, I don't know about every part in that sense, but you get my drift.
