I went to the Alexandria and Leeds game this evening and even though Leeds won 38-0, Rose didn't show me much of nothing. I really didn't see much in him. Now I'm not a scout but they had him line up in the slot and do a lot of end arounds and motion while on offense. He had a couple of decent runs but nothing spectacular. He didn't have any tds while on offense nor did he have any in punt returns or kickoffs. He stayed away from a lot balls as well. I don't know if it had to do with the competion level but I was not impressed. He didn't have to cover many passes either. Alexandria lost 16 seniors last year so they are rebuilding to say the least. Now I am not bashing this kid at all but I did expect a division 1 prospect to show a lot more on the field. And also he left in the early part of the 4th qtr. with an injury. I don't know what it could have been but he walked off on his own power. I don't know if it matters to everyone what he does but I just thought I'd pass it on. Not impressed.
