Just watched the game from Saturday (dove hunt) could not believe we gave up that many sacks! Hopefully we get that fixed soon! What happened to our offensive line? Hated to see Fowler get hurt, really made me sad to see him leave the field so upset.

I believe that the players were peaking ahead a bit and not completely focused on playing Western Kentucky.
Second, I saw a well-coached Hilltoppers team that was not intimidated and played fairly well.

The quick defenders seemed to give us some trouble. It gives the team something to work on. It's so hard to get the players up for that type of game. Look no further than Arkansas vs ULM to appreciate a 35-0 game.

I was glad to see us working on the passing game. It's what will set this team apart from past teams if we can hone it to precision. From what I saw of the LSU game they are working hard to add a dangerous passing attack to their already dominant running game.

Cyrus was beaten twice--one by Q Smith. Fluker was beaten three times--twice by Smith (once when lined up at left tackle though on that one, AJ had a full five seconds to get the ball off) and the very first one was a corner blitz with no back to pick it up. The quick D-ends seem to be giving Fluker a problem but the Smith kid was the real deal yesterday in my opinion. AJ may be able to help himself by stepping up instead of wheeling out.
