I think that is a great idea if the players know we cant kick field goals heck they might get mad and score touchdowns for now on.

I think that even our offensive line will be able to block this week. Bama should be able to run, and run they will. In fact, this running might keep the score down.

Maybe ya'll are on to something with this idea of refusing to kick FG's. What kind of effect would it be on the players if CMS just came out and told them before the game that if they don't cross the goal line than there will be no score. Tell them "we are not going to kick FG's, either you score TD's or we don't score at all, heck we are only going to go for 2 also."
Part of me actually likes that idea. Of course I do love a good scary movie also.

I'd love to say we'll go out there with a good mad on and beat the living stew out of ULM for 3 quarters, then get some quality playing time for our backups. However...I think we'll score a few times, stop ourselves a couple of times, then go conservative. When all is said and done we'll be having the same discussion about playcalling vs execution next week. But we will be 3-0.
