I think this is great especially for the kids and i dont care if anyone agrees with me or not.

I watched this story develop when she shot her preacher husband and followed it through the court proceedings. Her testimony was very believable and it was convincing for the jury. Still, considering the charges, she was lucky to serve only a token amount of time. I would hate to be on that jury.

I agree, since she is a free woman and a loving mother, I believe the children belong with her.

Maybe she and the children can now find peace and happiness.

We keep convicted felons from possessing guns but we don't keep them from keeping children? What the hell is going on here? AND, she never alleged "real" abuse. If it is okay to kill someone for saying, "Hey, you're an idiot...you fell for the 419 scam and lost thousands of dollars," then I better be watching my back when I'm around my wife.

She's lucky she's not doing a life sentence, or rotting away on death row.

I have not followed the case that closely, however, I have to assume that the court ordered a psychological evaluation for her early on. Seeing as how she is not committed, she must have passed. Which means she did knowingly and maliciously murder her husband. No, she should not have custody of her kids. I pray that DHR is keeping a close eye on her and them.

Finding out you're in a bad realationship, means get a divorce. Not kill your spouse.

Exactly. If you're in a bad marriage, even an abusive one, you still have options. One of those options does not include taking a shotgun to your spouse while he/she sleeps.
