I know Tommy Rees is getting roasted like crazy on social media for his playcalling, but if people would actually watch the routes and quit focusing on the result of the play, they'd realize the guy is putting some good plays together.
I'm very happy Milroe is getting more comfortable and showing signs of improvement, and the Oline appears to be making strides. But if we had an Oline that didn't have the issues they've had and a quarterback who was further along in the passing game, no one would be complaining about Tommy Rees. Yeah, the shotgun at the goal line was a mistake, but he's been hamstrung with bad blocking and an under developed quarterback room.
