He is not as talented as Hood or Ray were last year. I have herd some people close to him say he has a good arm, but he would be a late round pick. But lets keep our fingers crossed and hope we hold on to him.

No, what happened is when he was asked about Hood's bball contract he said something about how he would go into baseball if he was given that kind of money. I never got the impression he was serious and he isn't going to get that kind of baseball contract anyway. I also believe he passed up a baseball all-star game to concentrate on spring football in the off-season so I don't get the impression he is all that serious about his bball future.

I would be pretty surprised if he went the baseball route at this point. I fully expect to see him wind up in Crimson. JMHO.

I agree, he didn't go to the Alabama All-Star baseball game this summer because he had just came back from the Elite Eleven QB camp. You would think someone focused on going to MLB would have been focused on showing off his arm playing baseball not football. I would be very suprised to see him going to MLB.
