Question: Miss State Game time?

I just got tickets to the Miss State game. Will this game be a night game? I want to stay a night and if it’s a late game I would stay Saturday, but if it’s an early game i would stay Friday night. Just wanted to get some thoughts on when game time might be. Thanks and RTR :BigA:

it depends

Most of the time this game ends up being at night...but everything will depend on when ESPN decides to play it. There are a few other games that weekend that come into play.

Auburn/Georgia - almost always a night game...so figure this one to be on ESPN or ESPN2
Florida/USCe - Spurrier vs. Meyer is always going to be the storyline while the 'ol Ball Coach is still on the sidelines...so look for this one to possibly be on CBS
Ole Miss/Tenn - Not a big game...but it's SEC vs. SEC...so it could end up on ESPNU or maybe the early game
Vandy/Kentucky - This game screams "early SEC Network" but because of the Ole Miss/Tenn game it could get pushed to ESPNU or ESPN3.com

So...if I had to make a guess I would say we will be the ESPN2 game...the later kickoff...with the Auburn/Georgia game taking the other ESPN night slot.
