I am not mocking you I am mocking the auburn spin on it. So she was able to hack his phone and get his stuff on social media but not realising she could go to jail too for putting it on social media. Everything was consensual between him, the girl, and multiple other auburn players that were suspended…..that’s a stretch even for auburn..

Maybe, I think Freeze knows he has to take this seriously. especially after the backlash from his hiring. In this day and age, trying to sweep this under the rug is way harder than it used to be. He could get away with it at liberty but on his second chance at a major SEC program. I don't think so.

I was told before Freeze was hired he wouldn’t be; coworker (Bama alum) was adamant because his next door neighbor was a direct relative (descendant, maybe) of one of the PTB at the Barn and his words, as relayed to me, were:”it ain’t ever gonna happen.” Since there was probably some arm-twisting involved (if what I was told was accurate), Freeze is likely on a short leash.
But, from a “big picture “ perspective, look at the world we live in. Look at all the porn vids made by rich kids who’d never done anything in their lives except be born rich, and look at where they are now, running multi-million dollar (or maybe billion dollar) businesses. Society never made them pay any price for such gross indiscretions, but instead has rewarded them.
Now college athletes have (in my mind) unreasonable wealth dropped in their lap; although I disagree, it seems that they are going to do whatever they want and, sadly, society will likely, eventually, reward them.
It’s not going to stop and it’s only going to get worse. Too much money involved to make any drastic (but IMO long overdue) changes.
And don’t even start with “they’re just kids”; they’re getting adult money and should act accordingly.

Guys, this thread is on the football board and is about Auburn players being suspended for being involved in a sex tape.

If you want to discuss how so many spoiled kids make money filming themselves in compromising positions (thereby helping themselves to an unearned lifestyle), that they have an effect on the bigger economic picture, take it to the Non-Sports board.
