UT seems snakebit. They just can't seem to catch a break. Weird things seem to happen at every opportunity, and they're so out of the ordinary that you just scratch your head and ask, "how the heck did that happen? WHY the heck did that happen?"

They've got the biggest snake of them all as a head coach. I hope that he takes them straight to the bottom with him.

What can you say? It's just not our year...Every team goes through it...We're going through it now...We're just not a good football team right now...We'll get it out of it, and we'll be back, but right now, we suck...Plain and simple

Let me ask Tennessee, how a school who's had top 3 recruiting classes for the last 12 years gets itself 5 losses in a season. Plain and simple, the coach is a dud. If Urban Meyer, Richt, Spurrier or CMS had the talent that UT has they'd all be in the running for the NC right now. As it is, we're there thanks to our Coaching Staff and the heart and dedication of our players. When you recruit thugs, you get undisciplined team and players. Also, UT is definitely not considered as potential Allstate Employees. They're just not "the good hands people".
Yes, UT sucks now and they will suck for quite some time.

I think the reason for this is because if Fulmer had his way we would not have a program at all and the fact that this week we beat a team that came just to pick up a big paycheck. Not much to say about a Utah win except it did take us to 8&0 for the season and #4 in the Coach's poll. And that in and of itself is no small thing , but compared to seeing UT fans with bags on their heads I gotta tell you it was on a par. We have had to stand by and watch our program be belittled in the national press where we are now the SEC darling.
Who started this (Fulmer) so forgive us if our web site is full of his demise.
Many UT fans reveled and gloated over what their beloved coach was doing to the Uof A program. I personally understand the freeing of emotion you see here. Those players who suffered the most are now dancing off the field of play and Fulmer can sit with his head in has hands til H*** freezes over. Ut fans are going to have to hear it for a long time and not just from us. Fulmer has made your program the most hated in this conference. I'll just bet the South Carolina web sites are full of joy this morning as well. I know my friends in Georgia sent me EMails full of happiness that South Carolina had won -It is hard to take, we know. But at least we came out with some dignity, Fulmer

Spot, ease up man. Talk like that might help get Fulmer fired. Then they might get a coach who can do something besides recruit talented but legally and morally-challenged players.

Oh, heck, I don't even believe that. I have to admit that I would be happy for Fulmer to be shown the door. If for no other reason than out of a sense of cosmic justice.

Y'all take it easy on Tennessee, he knows how to act in your house. As for the Vols, I don't understand what is going on but I have confidence things will work out. If not the rest of this season then next. It does hurt for all of us fans. I hope this losing spell builds some character for the team. We will be back. WE ARE TENNESSEE!

Well your team could certainly use some character. From the top down. You are right about that. You are also right that poster Tennessee is a decent sort. Unfortunately like you, he has allegience to a program without character. Just characters.

I'm glad that you guys do post on here, because usually our only view of UT fans are what we see on groinscrape and that's not too flattering of a view.
