Gentlemen, there is no Process anymore if you can't hold players accountable and commit to a team effort. CNS method doesn't work without accountability and loyalty to the team.

As I have mentioned previously, top 5 recruiting classes will only have meaning if you able to retain those top “difference makers” in each class.
CNS’ pitch always revolved around “a program that offered development to make them NFL ready in 3-4 years”. Kids today aren’t concerned with being NFL ready in the future. Most believe they’ll be “NFL ready” most any place they go (heck, many think they could walk into the league and play as 18 year olds 😂).
Today, they care about being “NIL Ready”. Get me on the field, get me exposure so I can build my “personal” brand and social media presence. And you can be assured, if the blue chip freshman isn’t seeing the field as much as he thinks he should or getting the “exposure” he thinks he deserves, he’s putting out “feelers”.
That “script A” isn’t the brand they are concerned with.

NIL For Dummies

I guess I'm a Dummy! If I had had the size, speed, ability, potential, etc., I would have crawled to Tuscaloosa and begged Coach Bryant to let me tryout for the Alabama Crimson Tide football team. If I ever change my name legally, it will be to my TIDEFANS name: Al A Bama! I guess that I'm just "FULL of Alabama", just like I think it was Tommy Lewis coming off the bench in the 1950's to tackle a Rice Owl running back.
