The one where they needed to answer the 49er FG with their own FG to maintain a 3 score lead was absolutely critical. No matter the outcome of the 4th down play, the decision was wrong. Then the receiver dropped the 4th down pass and the 49ers were pumped. That call cost the Lions the game. The Lions started playing scared and the 49ers became the hunters.

Game over.
