No More Auburn Game discussions please

until we get there! Too many good teams to face prior to meeting Auburn this year so how about we stop speculating about what we will do about Fig Newton until we are in the moment that requires us to look. I can't believe this board is giving so much attention to them when we still must face LSU and Miss St both teams are very capable. IMHO

I'm with you on the boycott. So many things could change between now and then. .......'s schedule is 2nd half loaded with Ole Miss and Georgia waiting. Similar to Michigan in the first 3rd of the season, one player receives all the attention, one player then wear's himself out to feed his ego.

If you're a player, don't look ahead. If you're a fan on a message board, you're not watching film, practicing, or studying the opponent. No need to "have your eye on the next opponent only." Speculation can make people look awfully silly if we spend all this time talking about the huge matchup at the end of the year and we limp in there with 2 or 3 losses though.

Talk about obsessed with another team!!! I'm at the point of not coming back to TideFans till the week of the game and I'm OBSESSED with TideFans!! :biggrin: Yes, I know I don't have to READ it, but almost every thread at the top of the page is about the barnyard! It's astounding that on this board there seems to be more talk & focus on the them than what our team has accomplished. I think anything on our schedule is up for discussion whether it's past, present or future. Sorry to disappoint but it's not like we're somehow magically all members of the football team and CNS doesn't want us talking about The Barn 'til it's Barn Week.
