Non-"Power 5" Conference - Playing in Spring?

Would it be good for CF as a whole?

As the article states you have to move heaven and earth to do it. TV would not want it to compete with college basketball. Simply a ridiculous idea.

The better idea would be for the other conferences to get together and work on realignment and scheduling so they can put 1 or 2 teams in the CFP once it's expanded.
