As much as I am sick of the "Blame Bush" crowd, does this really change anything? Most of the reports I have been seeing are referencing outdated chemical shells that were basically in storage. The reason we invaded was that he had "an active chemical weapons program" insinuating he was currently synthesizing new chemicals and weaponizing them.
