Game Thread: **OFFICIAL** Alabama vs Ga. St. Thread

Our first punt of the night at 7:54 of the 4th quarter...not too shabby

I have mixed feelings about it.

I think it's great our offense and defense are getting plenty of playing time, especially with backups.

I just hope we don't have to punt a lot next week. Of course, our punter is rested tonight. ;)

If the big boys didnt play these smaller schools then they wouldnt get the big bucks they need to provide for their players. I know its an easy game for us but this allows the small programs to have nice facilities and the support staff they need to have a decent program and to take care of their players. Its good charity work. I wonder if UA gets to write this game off on their taxes as charity.

I didn't realize Bama was a charity org.

Star seems to have picked a school that he thought he would be given the job at. Little did he know how peculiar of a coach he would be under that would hold things like that against him.

He has to be totally embarrassed. He should have stayed at Bama and switched positions, but it's his life.

The choice of such a weak team shows me that he didn't want to earn the job.

I just hope we don't have to punt for the same reason as tonight! Hanging 60+ on the boogs would be WONDERFUL! :biggrin2:

Sad.
