LSU is making better decisions on offense -- Alabama seems to be in survival mode...

We don't yet have a QB with enough confidence to sustain large drives, we are going to have to depend on LSU making some mistakes in special teams and on offense for us to be able to win this game.

Feels like VT where we were down at half and seemed rusty
Hopefully it all comes together in the 2nd half and we turn it around.

Besides 1 bad series by the D this game is all good
I posted in the pregame thread that I felt that this is a lot like the Va Tech game.

I actually think GMac has improved over the last few weeks... even though he overthrew two sure TDs and just cost us at least 3 before the half. He was making these same mistakes before, but at least we're spreading around the ball this week. ;)

I would like to see more balance in the playcalling, though. It looks like Applewhite is still in the booth.

I never post during a game... but where in the world was Mac throwing the ball with Maze WIDE OPEN @ the 10?

RTR!!!!

I would imagine Coach Saban won't be as calm in the locker room as he was in that interview!

You could tell he was ready to jump out of his skin in that interview. He made a solid effort to keep it together. He was in "go off" mode for sure. I found it entertaining.:BigA:

What happened early in the 1st qtr when LSU was backed up at our end of the field? #32 for them looked like he lost the ball?

I am still very confident that we will win this game, but GMac is letting the entire team down. We should be up 14-7. We are not because of the poor play of one player.

He needs to rise up, and I think that he will...

Maybe run the ball against the 70th ranked rushing defense in the country?

Solution to the red zone woes for the whole season: Mark Ingram. Why are we still trying to throw down there when there is no evidence that it will produce points. He's in the running for the Heisman, why not let him score some TDs once in a while?

That's what I said earlier....CJM is not that wonderful on play calling if you ask me....We need an OC like what Boise St has...

I don't know, but this problem has me more ill than anything else about this team right now.
