If I hadn't had my heart attack last year during the Tennessee game, I would had it tonight. Thanks to Saban and staff, and to the doctors who kept me alive to watch this return of the Tide.

I could understand a shattered sliding glass door, a potted plant tossed across the living room and landing on the stove....a five iron wedge ripping apart the marital mattress. But how do you break a ceiling fan?:biggrin:

Yeah. I'll admit it. I almost gave up for a moment. But when Alabama was down in the 4th quarter, I did keep hoping, though, hoping that the Tide would find a way to come back and pull this one out.

i never questioned jpw... i did question the fg... that was stupid. saban knows what the heck he is doing... heck, he prolly knew that mcfadden wouldnt come back in the game on that last drive! i never lost faith, but it looked bleak until we got the ball back with 2 minutes. jpw is back to form... at least for that drive :)

Win or lose this game is a classic-to the Hog fans, your team is better than I thought, great game all the way around. DMac should win the Heisman-he's unstoppable. But I'm so very proud of our team and coaches right now. Un-believable! Roll Tide everyone!

I think a one week ban for all the whiney people who thought Saban was nuts going for a field goal, "bench JPW" and just the non believers in general is in order. In an earlier thread today the discussion was if Bama fans had less class than in days past, I think some of you proved that was the case tonight.

Thank god we don't face him again this year the guy is unbelieveable maybe the best I've seen since S.Alexander........ But our guys laid it all out on the line and won the 4th quarter............

I managed to break my friend's ceiling fan during the blocked kick at the end of the '89 Penn State game.

It can be done.

I was very proud of the way our young, tired, battered Defense stepped up and stopped the Hogs when the game was on the line and got the O the ball back..If that's not a confidence booster, nothing is.
